WEBSITE PACKAGES
Each website package provides the design and website hosting of one website. Content updates are included with all packages. The Premium and Enterprise packages include Comprehensive SEO. The fee to repair an existing website is determined during our initial meeting. If using a CMS platform the fee may vary from what is show on website packages.

CHANGES
Edits to the scope of work described for website packages will be done in email to make sure client and I have the same understanding.

Once work begins, if terms of tasks and/or due dates are changes by client, there is probablity of an additional fee and this will be discussed with you before implementation.

COLOR BROCHURE
This is 8.5x11 inches, one side, in color and provides as PDF. Client can make two edits to content. Additional edits are additional fee.

STORE
A package with “store items” has two options.

One option is you can use a payment processor, like PayPal or squareup,com, or PayHub, to process payments as your items are purchased on your website. You setup your account with a payment processor. I setup your items in your website with description and photos, then link your payment processor account to the website page(s) displaying your store items.  

Another option is you use a platform like shopify to do your store. You pay fees to shopify to host your store plus your payment processing fee that you arrange. I link your website pages(s) to items on that platform.

PHOTO EDITING
The intention of this service of adjusting the color in the photos to optimize their presentation.

SEO
In general, services will target one or two phrases that client and I agree upon before work begins.

SEO guarantee
is aligning on multiple words or phrases that will produce multiple organic search results on first page of search results. Alignment on specific targets is specified in email before work begins.

ANALYTICS
All website packages have Google Analytics and Matomo Analytics installed. All website packages are given access to both accounts. Interpreting the data and making strategy for website conversion is an additional fee.

CPANEL 
This access is provided to Premium and Enterprise packages.

COMPLIANCE
Website content that you publish must comply with state and federal laws. No sexual or illegal content or service is allowed on any website within your account.

If you are on a monthly plan, your payment must be paid by the first day of every month. If we do not receive your payment we reserve the right to suspend all work on your website and email within 48 hours of payment being due.

By the tenth day of the month, if no payment is received from you, your account will be terminated. Payments must be electronic and done using the link provided to you.

PAYMENTS

EMAIL MARKETING
Sending emails is limited to 100 per day. You can increase that amount with additional fee.

WEBSITE SOFTWARE, WEBSITE PLATFORM
Unless we discuss otherwise, and that I have documented specifics in your written estimate/invoice, your website will be built and published using Blocs which utilizes Bootstrap. Your online store will can use a variety of third party services to process payments. For example, squareup.com, PayPal, Stripe, or payhub.com to name a few. Those processors will be integrated to your website after you establish an account with them.

SUPPORT
Support using phone or texting is available to any plan with additional fee. Support using email is available on all plans with a two business day response time.

NOTICE
If you violate these Terms you will receive one email, which will be then email you used to open your website package account.  Your website and email will shut down within 24 hours of our sending that email to you. No refunds will be provided.

WORK SCHEDULE
Any modification discussed and agreed to will always be detailed in an email , sent to you, before new work is started.

FEEDBACK
